What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your project files or photos for anything other than your project.

Who processes it for us

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses the Google tag and Google Analytics. They set cookies to count visits and to recognize when someone arrives from one of our ads and later sends an inquiry, emails or calls us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off advertising cookies and ad personalization for your visit. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics or advertising cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without these cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond, do the work, and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Ask us anytime to delete an inquiry you sent that didn't turn into a project.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us by emailing info@trace.haus. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

trace.haus is meant for businesses and adults and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
